Store Hours

To set your store hours, click on the 'Hours' section on the white left menu. Add your store's hours by clicking the 'Edit' icon (pencil) at the top right of the 'Store Hours' box and enter the time your store opens and closes each day. Click the 'Check' icon at the top right of the box to save your changes. 

Delivery Hours

Add your store's delivery hours by clicking the 'Edit' icon (pencil) at the top right of the 'Delivery Hours' box and enter the time your store starts delivery and ends deliveries each day. Click the 'Check' icon at the top right of the box to save your changes. 

Holiday Hours 

Maybe you're opening and closing the store early or staying open late for the upcoming holiday. Either way, you'll want to let your Mobile App and Website customers know so that they can play their upcoming purchases. Here's how to add special hours to your store's app and website with City Hive.

Step 1. Open your Merchant Dashboard and click on "Settings".

Step 2. Click on "Hours" 

Step 3. Click "Add" next to Special Days.

Step 4. Fill out the details of your special hours, including the date, the Title of the holiday, the new store hours, and the new delivery hours. Click the "Green Checkmark" to save your special day.

Once you've updated your store's special hours, you can use this as an opportunity to reach out to your customers to incentivize them to get their holiday orders in early.
