Notify Customers of Rewards

Engage with your customers from the point of sign up and through earning and redemption with City Hive's automation tools. Follow the steps below to setup standard practices of keeping customers up to date with your incentives.

➡️ Head to the Auto-Pilot Section

For each auto-pilot follow the two steps below:

  1. Click on Create Flight from Template Screen_Shot_2019-12-18_at_3.31.56_PM.png

New Sign-Up

  1. Choose #17 Loyalty Member Welcome
  2. Keep the default settings for take off or feel free adjust the minutes to your preference Screen_Shot_2019-12-18_at_3.54.49_PM.png
  3. Scroll down to the type of notification, choose an option, and customize the content that you would like your customers to receive. *If sending an email and you'd like us to customize the image below based on your reward program, please contact us.

Store Credit Almost Achieved

  1. Choose #16 Store Credit Impending
  2. Keep the default settings for take off or feel free adjust the minutes to your preference Screen_Shot_2019-12-18_at_4.53.10_PM.png
  3. Select at which point you'd like to notify customers that they are close to earning their reward 
    • When using the cash back incentive use the following settings:Screen_Shot_2019-12-18_at_4.58.32_PM.png
    • When using rewards based on the number of points earned please contact us.
  4. Scroll down to the type of notification, choose an option, and customize the content that you would like your customers to receive. *If sending an email and you'd like us to customize the image below based on your reward program, please contact us.
