Associate Specific Delivery Drivers to Orders
There are two options for tracking which deliveries each specific driver of the store is fulfilling.
Option 1:
Enter the drivers name on the order within the full details of the order page. This will allow you to export the transaction report with the delivery driver name.
Option 2
Utilize our Onfleet integration. In addition to having the drivers automatically tracked per order, the drivers have optimized routes, images of ID's and digital signatures can be collected, and customers get real time notifications when drivers are arriving via sms (plus a link to see where they are on a map).
