Join the City Hive Support Portal

City Hive Support uses tickets to keep your feedback all in one spot. When you submit a request to support@cityhive.net, it creates a ticket so we can loop in the correct department to get you a resolution as quickly as possible. 

To set up your account, head to support.cityhive.net. In the upper corner of the screen, click “Sign Up”. 



Next, sign up using your email. Make sure it’s an email that you monitor so we can reach you with important updates on your requests!


Once signed up, you’ll be able to create and keep track of all existing requests in the system associated with your account.
