Add Your Social Media Links

Connecting your City Hive account to Social Media can increase the amount of followers your store has online. This is because our technology connects your customers to your Social Media pages, through links embedded at the bottom of each customer sales receipt.        Bring synergy online by connecting your Social Media accounts on the City Hive Dashboard today. It will only take 3 to 5 minutes and will increase your brand awareness. In order to get started please follow the instructions below.   Open the Merchant Dashboard and sign in 1. Click the settings option located on the bottom left-hand side of the Merchant Dashboard

2. Click the Business Info tab located in the middle of the page (under Subscribers) Scroll Down on the web page for Step 3

3. Click the pen icon located on the upper-right hand corner of the Social Media section and paste full URLs* into boxes (for instructions on how to get URLs see below)  * Full URLs = starts with https:// and not just the username Make sure to hit save (check mark) when done

Instructions on how to copy Social Media URL:

To copy Facebook URL Go to facebook.com and sign in At the top-right, click on your name Copy the Facebook Profile URL in the address bar of your browser To copy Twitter URL Go to twitter.com and sign in At the top-right, click on your image, and then click on profile to view your profile page Copy the twitter Profile URL in the address bar of your browser To copy Instagram URL Go to instagram.com and sign in. At the top-right, next to the heart, click on the human icon to view your profile page. Copy the Instagram Profile URL in the address bar of your browser To copy Yelp URL Go to yelp.com Enter the name of your liquor store and city in the search bar and click to select your store Copy the Yelp Profile URL in the address bar of your browser

You can add up to 8 links for the Social Media channels. We chose only to show how to upload the first 4 as we found these to be the most popular. In order to add the other URLs please follow a similar pattern: 1. Go to Website & Sign In 2. Go to your profile 3. Copy the Profile URL in the address bar. Paste into the profiles respective box and Save!
